Meet The Coaches

Jamie

Jamie

Hi, I’m Jamie – the founder of Sports of All Sorts. I’m passionate about helping others live active, confident, and fulfilling lives. With a background in community work, sport, and coaching, I started this service to create a space where NDIS participants can enjoy one-on-one support through movement, fun, and connection.

I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel included, empowered, and supported — whether that’s through kicking a soccer ball, going for a walk, or simply having someone to connect with. My approach is warm, reliable, and tailored to each individual.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine passion for people and a drive to make a positive impact — one session at a time.

Gabi

Gabi

Meet Gabi – one of our passionate team members here at Sports of All Sorts. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and a strong background in soccer, Gabi brings both knowledge and energy to every session she runs.

She’s all about creating a supportive, fun, and inclusive environment where participants feel comfortable, motivated, and genuinely seen. Gabi has a natural ability to connect with people of all abilities and loves helping them work towards their goals — whether that’s getting active, gaining confidence, or simply enjoying being part of the community.

Her sporty background and caring nature make her a perfect fit for our mission, and she’s always ready with a smile and a plan to get moving!

How It Works

We keep things simple, supportive, and participant-focused. Here’s how it works at Sports of All Sorts:

1. Initial Chat

We start with a quick phone call or message to understand your goals, interests, and any support needs.

2. Meet & Greet

We organise a relaxed, no-pressure meet and greet to get to know each other and make sure we’re the right fit.

3. Tailored Sessions Begin

Once you’re ready, we create personalised one-on-one sessions based on your goals — whether it’s getting active, trying a new sport, or building social confidence.

4. Ongoing Support

We adapt each session to your progress, interests, and comfort level. Every step is about having fun, staying engaged, and working towards your personal goals.
