At Sports of All Sorts, we offer one-on-one, NDIS-friendly sport and recreation sessions designed to help you stay active, build confidence, and connect with your community — all at your own pace. Whether it’s a light workout, a walk in the park, or a friendly game, we tailor every session to your needs and goals.
Hi, I’m Jamie – the founder of Sports of All Sorts. I’m passionate about helping others live active, confident, and fulfilling lives. With a background in community work, sport, and coaching, I started this service to create a space where NDIS participants can enjoy one-on-one support through movement, fun, and connection.
I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel included, empowered, and supported — whether that’s through kicking a soccer ball, going for a walk, or simply having someone to connect with. My approach is warm, reliable, and tailored to each individual.
At the heart of everything I do is a genuine passion for people and a drive to make a positive impact — one session at a time.
Meet Gabi – one of our passionate team members here at Sports of All Sorts. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and a strong background in soccer, Gabi brings both knowledge and energy to every session she runs.
She’s all about creating a supportive, fun, and inclusive environment where participants feel comfortable, motivated, and genuinely seen. Gabi has a natural ability to connect with people of all abilities and loves helping them work towards their goals — whether that’s getting active, gaining confidence, or simply enjoying being part of the community.
Her sporty background and caring nature make her a perfect fit for our mission, and she’s always ready with a smile and a plan to get moving!
We work alongside participants to stay active in a way that suits their abilities and interests.
Sessions may include:
• Light fitness and exercise routines
• Recreational sports like soccer, basketball or tennis
• Nature walks, gym sessions or indoor activities
• Skill-building through movement and play
Our sessions go beyond sport – we help participants develop social skills, communication, and community confidence. After each session, we often engage in relaxing activities such as:
• Visiting local cafes
• Having a chat and reflect after movement
• Building routines and self-esteem through encouragement and fun
Every person is different. That’s why we work closely with participants and their families to:
• Set personalised goals
• Adapt sessions to suit physical and emotional needs
• Build a genuine connection over time
We start with a quick phone call or message to understand your goals, interests, and any support needs.
We organise a relaxed, no-pressure meet and greet to get to know each other and make sure we’re the right fit.
Sports of All Sorts provides inclusive, one-on-one sport and recreation sessions for NDIS participants, helping build confidence, stay active, and connect with the community.
